{Baghdad: Euphrates News} Prime Minister Haider al-Abadi signed cooperation agreements will be undertaken during an official visit to the People's Republic of China in the middle of this week.

A statement by the Office Abadi agency {Euphrates News} received a copy of it on that "Prime Minister Haider al-Abadi go to the People's Republic of China on an official visit, the middle of this week, where he will meet with President of the People's Republic of China and Chairman of the Council of State and Chairman of the National People's Congress, to discuss the the development of relations between both countries and peoples to serve the common interests and enhance security and stability in the region and the world. "

"The economic, military and security cooperation represents the basic themes in Chinese Iraqi talks, where Iraq is looking forward to expanding economic cooperation and financing of projects and increase the presence of Chinese companies investing in oil and energy and the development of services and infrastructure areas."

He noted that "in light of the Iraq war being waged against terrorism and gang Daash that danger threatens all countries of the world, Iraq is seeking China's support for the Iraqi armed forces in the areas of arming and training of military and security equipment and intelligence cooperation."

And he finished "will be signed during the visit a number of joint agreements to strengthen cooperation between the two countries in the areas mentioned."

He noted that "the official delegation accompanying the Prime Minister, includes a number of ministers, officials and advisers in the areas of security, economy, finance, defense and oil" is over.
