WOW ! Finally the “basket” of laws we have heard so much about for so long.

Is this the beginning of the end?

NO Hype, NO Rumors just the FACTS.

Today’s News

Today is Saturday January 16th 2016 and yes we have officially entered the third week of the new year already and still no RV….lol…lol…. So all you intel “gurus” out there please now tell us why we have not yet been at the banks as all you have said we would many times already? You tell us to anticipate with no real proof then when it doesn’t happen you also give us no real explanation either.

I totally expect to see more and more articles talking about the Iraq currency and the “project to delete the zeros” after parliament gets this “basket” of laws completed, as I will explain today in this news letter.


Update: Needed Laws

I want to begin today’s news with an update on the needed laws to initiate the mandates prior to any RV. I have explained to you many times already many of the needed laws for Iraq to satisfy its obligations under the mandates set forth for the phase of the Abadi government thus allow the currency reform to take place. In other words once these mandates are completed they will have nearly a “fully” implemented constitution thus a full government. This will pave the way for currency reform.

What is more amazing is that they are now coming right out and telling us what these laws are, their urgency and priority in parliament AND all this in ONE article. Kind of like giving us a summary on what they intend to do in the next 30-60 days in parliament.

So let us now pick apart the article and see if we can summarize it.

What are the laws they are talking about and what are the priorities for parliament in the next session which coincidentally begins just two days from today, Tuesday Jan. 19th.

#1 priority is the General Amnesty law (I have not doubt they will submit this law for a final vote in the coming week if not days). I base this assumption on the many times they keep telling us this is the first priority. Why such a high priority? They know that the GW Bush administration has mandated that justice be brought to these innocent victims of the Maliki administration. This mandate was given almost 10 years ago and still is enforceable.

#2 priority is the Federal Court Act (this law is much needed to deal with the corruption and Maliki goons)

#3 priority is the Conscription law (sort of like the Draft ) (needed for the National Guard law coming later)

#4 priority is the Two Term limit – I quote from the article below – “"to pass a law to determine the state of the Prime Minister two sessions, “ (meaning a 2 term limit on prime minister which was the one position under contention by the former prime minister Nori al-Maliki, as it was not clear in the constitution that the prime minister is in fact one of the 3 presidents. Now it will be VERY clear going forward!

#5 priority is to change the Code of Criminal Procedure to approve the executions during a period not to exceed sixty days from the date of sentencing. Also to determine if this final approval will need to be ratified by the presidency or not. In other words they do not want the prisons filled up with people on death row forever. They are trying to eliminate the overburdened system. This goes hand in hand with the General Amnesty law.



#6 priority - Resolve the Majority 2/3 Rule Dispute -To revolve disputes around the Kurdistan Alliance claim that the Court and its decisions must be by a majority while the National Alliance wants to pass decisions by a majority of two-thirds.

I quote from the article below - " It is expected that they will come to an agreement between these political blocs in the next phase of parliament, making it easier to pass laws in the process inside the Dome of the House of Representatives.”

Later legislation-
This article is also telling us future agendas for parliamentary sessions in February. First they are telling us that Abadi has a third set of reforms coming soon. This new set of reforms this time is dealing with cleaning up parliamentary procedure. We were all wondering what this new package of reforms was going to be. If you remember Abadi’s council of ministers announced back in October there would be a third package of reforms coming out early in the new year 2016. Well….here it is !

We all know and have witnessed the lag in stalling much needed legislation over the past 5 years Much of this was due to the Maliki syndrome and his party. Some was due to procedure.

 So Abadi is now going to address each of these issues causing these delays. But they tell us this all comes later in February which makes me believe the laws I mentioned above as higher priorities in this “basket” they talk about is all for a January completion. This is wow news and if they pull it off this will be in record timing for these many critical laws. Wow!

Can they do it? Will they do it?

Don’t let the title of the article below fool you either. They are NOT saying these laws are already passed but rather this is only a translation issue, as we have found many times already that the various translators used are confusing everyone. You must actually read the entire article to see what it says.

Many of these so called intel “gurus” will probably just read the title and go off half cocked and tell all their listeners the Amnesty is now passed. They will say “ I saw it in an article”. …lol..lol…Well it is NOT and the article below (if you take the time to read it as all responsible intel “gurus” should do) is telling you the FACTS as to where each of these much needed pieces of legislation now stands today. It is NOT telling you they are all completed.

PARLIAMENT PASSES THE OPTIMISTIC "GENERAL AMNESTY" AND THE FEDERAL COURT OVER THE NEW CHAPTER

Update: Currency Reform

I want to begin my reporting to you today for currency reform news with something that I have been saying all along will begin to trickle in once we reach mid to late January. So here it is right on time. Sometimes this news is almost predictable and that makes it kind of scary, funny in a way. Let’s hope everything else continues too on the predicted path....lol...lol...

So yesterday out pops this article (see below) to begin the process of re-education on this matter of currency reform. This article is all about preventing the fear of the citizens in accepting the new 50k notes, which I totally believe they are about to go full scale launch any day now. This is the sole purpose of the article at this time. Expect much more soon..

My advice is PAY VERY CLOSE ATTENTION TO ANYTHING THEY TELL US GOING FORWARD ON CURRENCY REFORM!

Some of these translations just don’t make much sense and are all garbled up. So I will try to make sense of this article and summarize it for you.



The article is first using sample citizens to illustrate the need and usefulness of the new 50k notes. They are telling us they have been printed since early November of last year.

Can you see the hurdles the CBI must overcome? Lots of great ideas but hard to implement them.

Next they are telling the citizens fear the 50k notes because the represent a salary reduction by 3% due to the economic crisis to reduce public expenditures. They then want to cope with this fear and ease its tension.

Update: Fighting ISIS

I hear lots of questions on these forums about fighting ISIS and whether Mosul must be first taken prior to any RV. I can see this question comes on the heals of the article below from Barzani, Kurdistan that states it will be at least 6 months before the battle to retake Mosul can begin.

To explain this first let me say this question is being asked purely in fear based of having to wait yet longer for an RV. Again the person who asks just wants a date and a rate. Not a good attitude to have when trying to learn about this country.

Since I am not a date and a rate person there is only one way I can answer this question.

There will be NO RV until ISIS and DAASH are out of Iraq ! This is not rumor or conjecture but mandated policy. The UN, GB and USA will not sign off on international article 8 progression without it due to security reasons. Sorry!

Knowing all this its time for you to begin reading the news articles and follow along like the rest of us to learn what is really happening in Iraq to see if Mosul can be taken or will be taken prior to the 6 months as stated. Remember nothing is written in stone and many options are always available. I also just pointed out to you that a new US commander, General J Votel, is to take over leadership in Iraq. Can you put 2 + 2 together? Why at this critical junction? Why did Army Gen. Lloyd Austin, decide to retire at this time?

ARMY GEN. JOSEPH VOTEL WOULD TAKE OVER LEADERSHIP OF US CENTRAL COMMAND IN IRAQ

Defense Secretary Ash Carter announced Thursday that the general who heads his special operations forces will be nominated as the next commander for the Middle East.

Army Gen. Joseph Votel would take over leadership of US Central Command, which oversees military operations in Iraq and Syria against the Islamic State Group. He would succeed Army Gen. Lloyd Austin, who is retiring.

Carter announced the decision at Central Command headquarters in Tampa, standing alongside Votel. He was in town to meet with his commanders about how the fight against IS will take shape this year.
Votel, 57, is a former commander of the 75th Ranger Regiment and a veteran of the Iraq and Afghanistan wars. He headed the secretive Joint Special Operations Command before taking over Special Operations Command in 2014.

Austin, who currently heads the military’s Central Command (CENTCOM) overseeing Middle East operations, made the argument Thursday that recent IS-claimed attacks like the ones this week in Istanbul and Jakarta are in fact evidence the group is faltering.

“ISIL has assumed a defensive posture in Iraq and Syria,” Austin said at a news conference in Florida.
“Going forward, we can expect to see him rely increasingly on acts of terrorism such as we saw this week in Baghdad and in Turkey, and most recently in Jakarta,” he added.
The IS group, which swept through vast regions of Iraq and Syria in 2014 and 2015 and captured a string of cities, has seen recent setbacks across its self-proclaimed caliphate, including the loss of the key Iraqi city of Ramadi to US-supported local forces.

A US-led coalition has also been hammering the group’s oil infrastructure, including by blowing up hundreds of trucks used to ferry illicit crude oil around Syria, and this week bombed a financial facility in the Iraqi city of Mosul that US officials said held millions of dollars in cash.

Austin, who has headed CENTCOM since March 2013 and will shortly be stepping down, said the IS group is upping its overseas actions to distract from such losses.
“ISIL wants to draw attention away from the growing number of setbacks” that it is experiencing,” Austin said, using an alternative name for the IS group.

“It is important to understand that these terrorist acts don’t necessarily mean ISIL is getting stronger,” he added.
“ISIL by its nature is a terrorist organization and by conducting these attacks, he is attempting to produce an image of invincibility in the wake of setbacks. So overall, we are making progress.”
