A member of the parliamentary integrity: Transparency International report is true and Iraq occupies the first rank corruption

Admitted member of the Integrity Committee in Parliament MP Ribawar Taha Mustafa, on Thursday, what came by Transparency International that Iraq is the first of the ten most corrupt countries, while noting that it can not be held accountable any official because of his party.
Mustafa said in an interview to the Sumerian News, said that "what is stated in the report of Transparency International on Iraq, the inclusion of the most corrupt words true," noting that "Corruption exists institutions of the Iraqi state."
Mustafa said that "governments that came after the regime change in Iraq, day after day and the government after the other increasingly corrupt its institutions," adding, "We in the parliamentary integrity of our corrupted files from various sectors such as money-smuggling deals and contracts and government projects Phantom and others."
Mustafa said that "corruption is not the ordinary citizen, but officials of the previous and current governments," pointing out that "no one can be held accountable in Iraq because each one belonging to a political party or hand in Iraq."
Iraq and occupied within the organization "Transparency International" report, released on Wednesday (January 27 2016) ranked fourth with more Arab countries after the havoc Alsoman, Sudan and Libya.
The organization issues an annual report on corruption, which is assessed on a scale of zero to 100 ranks countries from most to least corrupt, the report is based on data collected by the organization of 12 international body such as the World Bank and the World Economic Forum.
