Mezni Basra demanding the government to transfer the debts owed to the government treasury bonds

MP called for Basra province Mazen Mezni federal government to the debt owed by the federal government to the province of Basra, scheduling and converted into treasury bonds shall be bound to pay the federal government to Basra in the future.
