 Al-Sabah said the Prime Minister, Dr. Haider al-Abadi said the challenges and difficult circumstances experienced by Iraq, is an opportunity to restructure the national economy more efficient manner, at a time when the government announced the start of the basic needs for reform in order to build state institutions, as called for the cleric education contributes to the fight against deviant terrorist gangs.
