Parliamentary Legal describes the continued dispute in the Federal Court Act

{Baghdad} Euphrates News said the legal committee member of the parliamentary secretary-Bakr, on Tuesday, the dispute continued in the Federal Court Act is the loss of judicial described the presence of scholars of sharia law within the composition.
He said Bakr told {Euphrates News} Today, that "the political blocs have not agreed so far on the mechanism to get out of the dilemma and the differences with respect to the Federal Court Act with respect to the fear of loss of judicial described after the annexation of the scholars of sharia law to it and turning it into a political court." noting that "it is right that politicians have warned them making the proportion of collateral in order not to use the court against their interests."
He added: "We have another problem is that the former Judicial Council Act was passed in the House of Representatives; but disrupted by a decision of the Federal Court in 2012, and the problem is that he must continue to eliminate duties now pending the issuance of a new law."
He continued, saying, "We are waiting for the enactment of the general body was to eliminate public prosecution in the coming days."
The Parliament Speaker Salim al-Jubouri had stressed earlier on the need for a legal federal court to resolve, the general amnesty, and end points of contention, and the drafting of the final amendments to the two laws in preparation for the articles to vote, stressing the importance that everyone assumes his responsibilities; for the purpose of completion of the legal legislation within the specified period .
