Source familiar with and close to within the British political corridors emphasized told the observer news, Prime Minister Haider al-Abadi special team was commissioned in secret and in coordination with the United States to hand over the administrative file to the United Kingdom "United Kingdom"
The source added that the security and the economic file was handed over to the United States was agreed that these files once and for all.
