Programme VII: Quality

Water and sanitation

Electricity

● implementation of the national employment policy in coordination with international organizations to reduce the proportion of the unemployed co-funded and 60% of the Iraqi government through investment budget amounting to eleven billion seven hundred and twenty-nine million, four hundred and forty-four thousand Iraqi dinars, equivalent to US $ 10 million contribution to the Iraqi government (6) million dollars and (4) million contribution to international organizations for the implementation of activities. ● completion of the modernization project of the design basis for the city of Basra on February 16, 2015 at a cost of (2952) billion dinars.

● completion of the preparation of the national strategy for the protection of biological bio in Iraq, which included a group of Iraqi national goals and plans for executive and approve the Biosafety Regulation No. (2) for the year 2015 on the system of an appropriate level of protection in the field of safety, transport and handling of the use of living modified organisms resulting from modern biotechnology that have adverse effects on the conservation and sustainable use of biological diversity, taking into account its impact on human health.

(28%) and by the amount of progress (7%) than it was in 2014. implement this priority through (5) programs, the first for the study of the proposed areas as nature reserves, and the second survey of the rich biodiversity-regions, and the third survey natural sites eligible for inclusion in the preliminary World heritage list, and the fourth biogenic control the movement of genetically modified organisms, V revitalize the marshes in terms of the focus of biodiversity and these programs represent the stages of preparation of the national program's target this priority.
