Speaker of Parliament meets the legal committee at his home and emphasizes the need to accelerate the display of the amnesty law to parliament for a vote

The Head of the House of Representatives , Dr. Salim al - Jubouri, in his day, a meeting of the legal committee in Parliament and in the presence of a number of judges, experts and advisers.
During the meeting, a detailed search for materials and paragraphs of the draft amnesty law, in order to expedite submitting it to the House of Representatives for a vote.
The head of the parliament on the need for the completion of the preparation of this law as soon as possible and the need to come out so as to ensure justice to all the slides and applies justice and help create a favorable climate for moving a successful project and a real reconciliation.

Chairman of the Commission on Human Rights: general amnesty law does not cover whose hands are stained with the blood of Iraqis

Chairman of the Human Rights Committee MP Arshad al-Salihi day Saturday, 03/05/2016 said that the Human Rights Commission participated actively develop substantial amendments to the draft general amnesty law sent by the government in accordance with human rights principles in order to give them an opportunity for all Iraqis reintegrating them back into the the community to be good stewards in which individuals and especially that the current situation requires a societal reconciliation including parallels with the exception of the rights of victims who Tltkhhm Aadaihm with the blood of Iraqis.
MP Al-Salhi said that the Committee had raised their recommendations on the draft amendment to the leaders of the fundamental blocks and CCAMLR presidency for adoption in parliament soon.
