CC Notes for Wednesday Night 07-13-2016

Frank26: The second part of our conference call is going to come from me…..I can tell you about our TEAMS…..our files….our studies…..all that stuff…..I want to talk to you tonight and the subject is TIME FRAMED….tell you what….I’m a little nervous about this to be honest with you….

I had a very dear friend of mine call me….we were talking a couple of days ago on the phone…and he says….you know Frank you have been on the internet for eight years and I want to thank you…..and I said, well that is kind of you, thank you….he said you have endured the storm of negativity…..I thought about that…..I talked to God about that….and there are many times when I wanted to stop….no more teaching…..just leave me alone….
....







But we endured the storm of negativity….it was a hurdle after a hurdle….after more hurdles……and we are still here….and you know many have fallen from our right to our left…..once in a while…..like once a month I’ll get something…..last Monday just before the CC started I got a really nasty text from someone calling me everything you can think of….that everything I’ve ever said has been a bunch of lies…..

Well these are innocent people who are not students….because if they were students they would be impressed with what we have done…..but they only come to gluttonize…..to serve themselves….to the point of vomiting…and then they point the fingers….but we’ve endured the form of this negativity haven’t we KTFA Family…..for we have been together for quite a while….I love you all for without that I would not be doing this…..

I love my Master…my God….my Creator….I’m not going to tell you that I heard a voice where He said Frank do this…..but I did come along fighting and kicking kind of like Job in the Bible….ok reluctantly….but somewhere along the way…..something snapped in me….a correction started to grow….an improvement of my soul…..of my persona…..I’m still the same I suppose but I’ve learned the priorities of my spiritual life a little better…..

I endured the storm of negativity because it was not about me….and it’s not even about you Family….it is about what you and I can do for God’s Kingdom….and you and I know we are waiting for this blessing to come so we can do good things for God’s Kingdom….we are not here because we are naïve….we are here because we are aware…..we are a student in our study.

It was around December that I made some phone calls to some people that I care about and love dearly….and I said look….in the next six months of 2016 you are going to see a lot of activity….and I started with you Family it was on the 22nd of December, 2015….

I said they are going to float their currency….they are going to come out with this 1 to 1 and they are going to bring this out into the international world in the first half of 2016 and oil prices are not going to go down they are going to increase….they will peak…and I gave you almost step by step….

And the IMF is telling Iraq which we call junior….come here we got this plan we grabbed them by the ear and said….enough is enough….the bellies of your people are empty and our bellies are full of your BS….and this is what you are going to do….and in the process what was it that Dr. Shabibi wanted to give the green light to Abadi in order to raise the value of their currency….I need stability…..

Maliki and his bozos want to kill me….don’t worry….don’t worry….I’m going to make a phone call…..ring ding…ding….USA can you come in here….sure but we are already there….yeah but this is official….fine get this on paper….but we are already there with the coalition force to take care of everything…..we will start in January….and they did….February, March, April….all of a sudden we told you around March and April…..

Family there are two cities…..but we didn’t tell you anything more about that….we left it alone….it wasn’t until deep into April that we started beat the drum…..Family we need two cities and if you give me these two cities then the reforms you are looking for….they are going to move super fast…..

Well there was a plan…..everyone from Jack Lew, UST, IMF, World Bank, Word Trade Organization, King Kong….I mean everybody showed up in Iraq…..ambassadors from every country you can think of showing up….hey are you good…we are good….then we are good with you too….even Iran….poor Iran….they were told to wait….but we don’t want to wait…..wait….ok….UST get over here and talk to us….poor Iran they have to wait….and I don’t know I actually thought the other countries were not going to wait…..especially when Vietnam started talking a little more boldly about their currency reform.

But the things we told you….there they are….do you agree….are you with me…..you can tell me if you disagree you won’t hurt my feelings….there is is….almost everything we told you….almost on a 24 hour basis because of the videos we put for you….because of DELTA coming in and talking to you…

When we show you something you are seeing it aren’t you….and doggone it if we didn’t start seeing these two cities come to us…..then we said Give me Mosul and when we get Mosul…..why…..when we get Mosul then the reforms will go at warp speed…the speed of light….sure enough…they are doing the reforms Family….yeah they got some loans….they were small loans….but these loans were made solely for the reforms….not for the corruption….besides there aren’t that many corrupt people left to steal anymore…..they are still getting rid of a few deputies who are still in the GOI….what did Shabibi want….security …..man they are killing me.

Let me ask you this….when was the last time they talked to you about Mosul and Fallujah….it was a few days ago….do you notice a pattern…they have turned off the faucet….they are done telling you about Fallujah and Mosul….they have to find ISIS to even tell you about ISIS….I know what the media did and I know what the articles did….and you know what I did.

Time was FRAMED in such a beautiful manner…..in every month, every week, every day….24 hours started to break down into more and more information.

Family we endured the storm together to be here together at the end.

I am here to suggest something to you….but before I do that….very quickly…..yeah you are starting to see what I told you on Monday….these cards are important….and you actually saw an article today that hinted…..what did we say the plastic…what did we say the cards would become….a BRIDGE to their currency….to their LD’s…..to their budget….to the government……a BRIDGE from them to the citizens….yeah….and why did we tell you they needed this…..because we called it what…..electronic currency….did you see the article today….”To transfer real cash into electronic cash”……TA-DA.

It’s been since around 2008 since I joined you Family and they have been giving these cards to the citizens and they have actually done a pretty good job….there were different varieties from MasterCard, to VISA, to Ki cards….all these….but it was a BRIDGE….and the BRIDGE was established because of the small loans they got from the IMF prior to them liberating the cities….isn’t it amazing how quickly the faucet on Fallujah and the misery on Mosul just melted away…..because the Time is FRAMED.

And tonight I am interested in giving you my own TIME FRAMED.

A member of our forum by the name of ReddStarr…and I’m pausing because I am giving great thought to what I am trying to tell you…..I’m looking at my notes and I know what I want to tell you….ReddStarr said Frank….the post you just made….are you sure you want to give us your own TIME FRAMED….that is going to cause a firestorm…that is ok because I have already dealt with all the negative storms….

I’m here to tell you that the reforms are in full swing….it is only by capillaries that Article 8 is even still attached to Iraq….it’s not veins….it’s not arteries….it is very thin capillaries that can snap and break away at any moment.

“Parliament Finance Must Investigate Regardless of the Loans to Prevent Corruption”…..yeah we know that….every penny that is going into Iraq is going into the right places…..for the right purposes…this is a plan…..this is Time that has been FRAMED.

Yeah I know they got a parade tomorrow….and that is for the CBI and the GOI….way to go Abadi….but I also know they got another parade on Friday….you want to call it a protest or demonstration…..I think not….and that one is for the citizens….for their religion….for their faith.

In one of our CC’s I said to you Family….when we came into Iraq we presented to them what is called the Marshall Law….there was an article that came out that told you….they are calling it Marshall Iraq….the translation didn’t complete it….this is the plan….

I’ve told you that when we’ve gone into other countries we have never left that country….the only country we had to leave was Vietnam….but we are back….we are still in Korea….we are still in Germany….we are still in Japan….and look at their currencies and look at their countries….everywhere we go we got the Midas touch….and the Marshall Plan for Iraq….IMO…..is coming to an end…..

The government is setting up its own national bonds….so that needs a rate doesn’t it….then why are you talking about it….because we want to give loans….we want to help the citizens…..we the banks of Iraq we are ready….we are international….we have our standards….our equipment….we are modern….we are trained….we are ready to go internationally…..in fact we are going to give loans to the citizens at 40% and we will guarantee it….we will guarantee it up to three years for up to 5%....

What do you need…..what do you need man…..I need for Iraq to make a decision…..because the economic reform packages are not being stolen…..this country is about to launch itself into the international stratosphere.

Thursday the people will celebrate with Abadi….Friday the people will celebrate with the religious leaders….that is it.

Frank showed an article that talked about the Marshall Iraq and had a picture of it….The Central Bank’s Strategy Supports the Call for its Change….you better believe it….I don’t have to tell you anything…..you just have to watch what they are doing and be a good student….well you changed your currency…..you’ve changed your laws….you have changed your workers….your employers…..you changed….what….oh your rate….ok that is cool.

I need for this country….these two that are now one….remember we used to separate them…..now it’s GOICBI….we do not talk about them separately…..they are Siamese twins to the tenth degree…..we need this combination to make a decision.

We have another person on our forum by the name of Waymaker Kid….in fact I think she is on chat right now…she posted something on our forum that caught my attention…..she said two more weeks….then two more weeks….then two more weeks….then suddenly…..

Obviously you all know that comes from Kim Clement…..I’m not going to say it was born at KTFA….but when I asked Kim Clement to come to my CC and I interviewed him and we talked….you heard him….I said give me more of your explanation of nothing….nothing….nothing…and then suddenly….and he did….

But do you notice I don’t bring in clairvoyants….I mean prophets…..I don’t bring in people that want to predict….and the reason why I don’t…..Kim is the only one I have brought in….I have respect for Kim Clement….but the reason I don’t is I prefer that God talk to me directly….I prefer to talk to him directly….if someone is being moved by the Holy Spirit….I believe I would be too….for I am of that Holy Spirit….I respect those that are prophets….for the Bible tells me so….but I also know that the Bible tells me to allow the Holy Spirit to guide me….

Family I put my prayers at God’s throne room….then I get to work and study….the day I hear God’s voice I may have a different point of view….but when Waymaker Kid posted….two more weeks….two more weeks….two more weeks….then suddenly….I got to thinking about that….that is all of July and all of August….and it takes us into September doesn’t it.

Jubouri said today….corruption must go away….he said to many of the deputies at the GOI….you are fired…..Donald Trump didn’t even have to show up….but I bet you Donald Trump is smiling…..all the corruption…get the fatwa out of here.

Meanwhile, Iran and its central bank and the US Treasury meet in London on Tuesday to talk about bank stuff…you better….because Iran….Iraq wants to do business with you…so you better be as modern as they are….Iraq’s banks are super modern….in fact….IMO….everyone else has to catch up with them now.

IMO….while we look for the plastic cards to be given to the citizens….that while we look at the advancement of many other countries with their banking systems to be able to communicate with Iraq’s…..I believe as you see the parade on Thursday and the gathering of the people with Sadr on Friday….I believe after we go through this time period towards the end of this month…..

I believe the auctions are going to be stopped….now who stops the auctions….the CBI…..well what did I tell you just a few minutes ago….don’t say CBI by itself…the GOICBI will stop the auctions….combination of laws….Prime Minister and governor…..and the plan that was given to junior as they pulled their ear in the direction of where they are right now….and I believe this GOICBI needs to make a final decision….

And what is that decision….it is a multi-level thing….it is complicated….it is do we raise the value of our currency….and what monetary plan do we apply to it….and IMO….I believe there is a Time that is now FRAMED….not to give that answer for those two questions….but to release that answer for those two questions….

IMO….you are no longer going to hear about Mosul and Fallujah….that is not necessary anymore….we are in a completely different ball park….Eid is over with and we are now going to deal directly with the citizens….from plastic Ki cards to dealing with them….telling them things they are not telling you….

I believe that TIME FRAMED is within this year of 2016….and I believe that a decision has been made by the GOICBI….and because of this I don’t believe there will be anymore storms of negativity….only an escort to a TIME FRAMED….that leads to a final decision….that IMO….has been made by the IMF and the CBI and will be presented to you…..two…two….and two.

It’s possible…..IMO….that they could tell you everything tomorrow….at the end of this month….next month….but if a final decision on whether or not to raise the value of their currency and a final decision has been made on the rate by the GOICBI…..then they need to do the final steps that brings it….and I think that is where we are at….and I think that is what you are going to see…..from now until September.

And I’m not telling you that September is the RV month….no….because you know what….I like things in threes…..so if we let these two weeks….two weeks….and two weeks go by…..that TIME FRAMED may well be time to introduce something….IMO…..because IMO they made that decision and as the final decision….the only thing now is to introduce it….
But it won’t be to you….it will be to their own….no rate….only to quote what the IMF said in December when they talked of 1 to 1….but between you and me….Forex is waiting to get a hold of it…..oh my goodness….and that was the plan back in December….

What if they have done so well that they have changed that plan….well that would be good wouldn’t it….heck IMO I thought they would come out 1 to 1 and Forex would get it to the international world and take it up to about 4.25 and they would cap it.

It is crazy that I am finding myself…..having difficulty expressing myself….but you know I don’t think I failed….I think mission has been accomplished….and I think you understand what I am trying to share with you….and I don’t care how long it takes….because the Time it takes has been FRAMED….

Do you know what I mean by that….it is like a package...it is like a specific amount of time that was put into a box and it was sealed…nothing is going to get into it….nothing is going to go out of it…that time that is in that box is precisely FRAMED…..because somebody made final decisions….IMO.






I’m going to go ahead and start to finish up this conference call….on Iraqia television…..Don961…..I really appreciate what you all are doing…..I miss WalkingStick….but haven’t you figured it out yet…..Don961’s post 193 on the last thread….he had an article that made us all smile….because we know….and we tell you….it said…..al-Sameria television in Iraq said they will rerun the dinar redenomination program….

Yeah….and that is what I am trying to tell you….the next two….two….two….they are going to explain the plan to the citizens deeper….they are going to get them the cards….they are going to stop the auctions…..they are going to….IMO….you know what they called it……the study of Iraq’s revaluation….so you don’t need me to tell you any more….think about what I just said.

So with that said…..I will be with you this coming Friday for TEAM chat the 15th….then the following Monday the 18th I will be with you…..then on Friday the 22nd I will be with you on TEAM chat…then the following Monday the 25th I will be with you….but on August the 1st our Monday call I will NOT be with you….instead I will be with you on August the 4th.

Everything we have painted out from December up to now has come true….many of the things we told you….you wondered why…..what are you talking about….but you saw the results…..especially like Fallujah and Mosul that nobody understood until we defined it for you….the things you have in your notes from this CC and Monday’s…..you are to look for them in the next two weeks….and if these things do occur in the next two weeks it is a very serious matter about their Monetary Reform….

So I ask you to stay in constant prayer and I ask you to understand….in the next two weeks….two weeks…two weeks….they have a lot to tell their citizens about the Financial Reform….because they have already told them about the Economic Reform…..in fact they already see the Economic Reforms…..you are always going to be left behind….you are always going to be a month or two behind….that is part of the plan….IMO.

So I hope you understand what I tried to share with you tonight…..I hope that you understand what it is that I am trying to express to you….there is a TIME FRAMED….and they have made a decision….a final decision on two of the subjects that are very important to us.
