He added that "the money earned by Iraq will focus on the resettlement of the displaced projects and the return of displaced people to their areas, as well as the implementation of settlement projects, including mine lifting and operation of water and sanitation projects and operation of power grids reduction unacceptable."

He continued, "These projects will contribute to global companies and then you know the Iraq environment, which opens the door to attract foreign investors and deal with Iraq's new environment for recovery and progress," stressing that "money donors conference represents a step to move the development in Iraq wheel and bring stability to post after Daash. "

Saleh also highlighted, that "90% of the people of Salah al-Din returned as well as the case for Diyala and Anbar is preparing to return to Fallujah, Ramadi and Saqlawiyah, which requires the implementation of emergency projects."

The adviser Abadi, that "the government is working as quickly as possible to employ those funds and they are ready for cooperation and implementation of its programs, but grants a complex exchange mechanisms and is not an easy matter."

He explained, "The United Nations Development Programme immoral to support security in the world," adding that "their companies will work in Iraq, a climate which would give an opportunity to get to know its nature, is likely to turn those companies into other projects under the Investment Law that Iraq welcomes foreign investments."
