One smart card disbursement to employees of education centers

Media education as the director of Basra Qatrani announced that the smart card exchange centers (Ki-Card) distributed across the province are still ongoing delivery procedures with respect to employees of the breeding of Basra's 54,000 member constituencies.

However Qatrani told Mrbd saying that the payment of salaries through this card did not do for this moment on the grounds that the work is still going on and if its end would do all conservative circles.
