Committees Alostosmaronizat economy and civil society discuss the Federation of Chambers of Commerce Law

The economic and investment commission, chaired by MP Ahmad Salim Kanani Chairman of the Committee on Wednesday, 11/09/2016 a joint meeting with the Committee on civil society organizations to discuss the second amendment to the Federation of Chambers of Commerce Law No. (43) for the year 1989

The Chairman of the Committee on Economy and Investment Ahmed Salim Kanani during the meeting that "the laws governing the work of unions, chambers operating in the economic and investment field is of extreme importance invites us to framing laws and legislation minute instructions to regulate the activity and ensure its development and keep pace with economic changes that have occurred in the Iraqi arena."

He said his committee and in conjunction with the civil society organizations made a point during the past period to host stakeholders in the Union as well as experts and interested to know the problems they face when applying the first law, and we took the initiative of opening up to the laws of other countries and add new items correspond to the status quo, pointing to make multiple adjustments the texts of the old law was hurt in the commercial sector, in particular the interest of Iraq and the economic sector in general.
