MP for the Legal Committee of the House of Representatives Salim Chawki, Tuesday, that the ministries management proxy considered a "violation" frank as stipulated in the Iraqi constitution, calling on Prime Minister Haider al-Abadi to speed up the selection of replacements for vacant ministries.
