The Federal Supreme Court brings its decisions to the world

The Federal Supreme Court announced Sunday that it had begun publishing its decisions in English as part of its efforts to reach the world stage.
The court said in a statement received "the Iraqi position" a copy of it, "The Federal Supreme Court began to gradually publish its decisions in English."
The statement added that "the publication comes as part of the plan of the court to reach the global and not satisfied with local followers," adding that "the presentation of these decisions will be on the website of the Supreme Judicial Council."
The Federal Supreme Court is the highest court in Iraq, which is competent to adjudicate constitutional disputes and was established by a ministerial law in 2005.
