Prime Minister Haidar al-Abadi said on Tuesday that the government has documented evidence of crimes committed by the organization "calling" against civilians in the city of Mosul, while pointing out that there will be consensus on the exit of Iraq from Chapter VII during the next two months.
"We have documented evidence of crimes committed by civilians in Mosul," Abadi said during his weekly press conference. "Civilians in Mosul demand that the government continue to be the quickest to liberate their cities."
He added that "the security forces are making great efforts to maintain civilians during the liberation operations in Mosul," noting that "our air capabilities are evolving day by day, according to a military assessment and the International Alliance."
He continued that "Iraq proved its unity and strength and determination during the Arab summit in Jordan," adding that "the diplomatic victory achieved by Iraq is not counted for a person or a party or component, but for all Iraqis."
In a separate context, Abadi pointed out that "within the next two months will be consensus on the exit of Iraq from Chapter VII."
Asked about the government's ability to fight the political committees of the parties in the ministries, which described the head of the Integrity Commission Hassan al-Yasiri members of the "ghosts," Abadi said, "Yes we fight ghosts because the corrupters represent the giants in the institutions of the state and try not to leave a trace and we emphasize For the corrupt they are not safe. "
On Sunday (December 25, 2016), the State Department announced that Iraq had completed one of the last two commitments to its Chapter VII decision, stating that the remaining obligation concerned Kuwait's compensation.
