Claims to take over foreign companies to audit Iraqi oil imports

A member of the Finance Committee MP Massoud Haider, on Sunday, to rely on foreign companies located in Baghdad and the Kurdistan region to audit the final statements of exports and financial revenues of oil.

"The central government has a global audit company (kvng) checks the revenues and exports of oil, while in the Kurdistan region there is a company (Deloitte)."

He pointed out that "the need for coordination between the work of the central government and the Kurdistan Regional Government in terms of the oil file and oil exports and financial revenues depending on global auditing companies," and demanded that "the status of both the government of the Center and the region audited papers by the two companies and then talk about revenues and spending Government ".

"The Federal Financial Control Bureau in Baghdad and in the region can also be used to audit the financial files and the volume of spending."
