The formation of a committee between Baghdad and Erbil to solve the problems between them
Baghdad and Erbil agreed during the visit of the Kurdish delegation to the capital recently to form a joint committee to resolve the outstanding problems between them.
"The coalition agreed during the two meetings they had with the Kurdish delegation to form the committee," said a Kurdish National Alliance official, Abdullah al-Zubaidi.
"They are preparing a list and demanding to address the salaries of the Peshmerga forces and the commitment of the Kurdistan Region to the oil agreement between Baghdad and Erbil in return for sending the budget of the region."
Zubaidi said that "among the points focused on the withdrawal of the Peshmerga forces from the disputed areas, noting that the list did not talk about the referendum because it was prepared mainly to postpone the referendum."
As for the member of the political body of the Dawa Party, Salah Abdul Razzaq told the newspaper "they told the Kurdish delegation if they want to impose a policy of reality in the disputed areas is very likely to have the federal government in Baghdad to use military force to prevent violations against the Constitution and law in those areas" .
The negotiating delegation of the Supreme Commission for the referendum on the 14th of August this month to Baghdad, with the aim of reaching an agreement on holding a referendum for the province of separation from Iraq on the 25 of September.
