Barzani adviser: alternative to the referendum of Kurdistan to the date of the latest international guarantees signed by these countries

The new media advisor in the Office of the President of the Kurdistan region, Kifah Mahmoud on Thursday to confirm the position of the Kurdistan Region not to retreat from the referendum to be held on September 25 next.
