Parliament sets a date very soon to end the proxy and provides the alternative

The parliamentary bloc announced on Sunday that it is not running any proxy post by the end of next June.
The head of the bloc Hussein Arab, told Ashqaf News, "no post will be run by proxy after 30/6/2019, and the House of Representatives is determined to manage all positions in order to prepare a service plan for all areas and cities of Iraq."
"This paragraph (end of agencies) the end of June, is fixed in the law of the budget of 2019 and was voted on, which is enforceable by the Iraqi government, and to meet the deadline."
