And to confront the courageous policies of waste of public funds and waste, and a serious stand in the face of financial and administrative corruption .. We will not retreat before the power and the middle, regardless of wandering and overwhelmed.

Are moving towards tackling the policies that have produced poverty, illiteracy and disease, which have made the percentage of people living below the poverty line in the oil country and its vast resources a frightening and painful proportion of social justice.

On our way opposing the approach, which has made Iraq prey to the struggle of international and regional powers, is our alternative way of making regional states - in return - at the top of their list of interests because they have the credit to secure positions.

Are moving toward charging the participants of power with responsibility for the devastation that has afflicted the country, each according to his role, size and responsibility, by virtue of his position in state institutions.

Are going to save Iraq from these ordeals, and to secure the alternative capable of putting an end to all the abyss. To safeguard public and private freedoms and to secure social guarantees.

We are addressing the citizen from the site of his respect and compliance with his will.

To protect citizens' rights, particularly those that affect their lives and livelihoods and preserve their dignity, and the special attention to poor classes, marginalized groups and the needy.

Are moving strongly to preserve the independence and sovereignty of our country, and to address all the ambitions that want to undermine its interests and rights, and its capabilities.

And to return to the path of national unity based on the adoption of the principle of citizenship.

To defend the rights of citizens to housing, free education and medicine, social security and all that preserves human dignity.

They continue to rebuild the political process according to the approach of equal citizenship in rights and duties, in the belief in the democratic civil state, the state of citizenship, institutions and social justice.
