The leader of the Kurdistan Alliance, Mahmoud Othman, Monday, that the positions of the blocks objecting to the law of infrastructure has not changed, while expected to withdraw deputies Kurdistan Alliance and Iraqi today's session in the event insist on voting on the law, he noted that passed would strengthen the authority of Prime Minister Nuri Maliki.
