The Iraqi cabinet approved on Tuesday, the Credit and the Ministry of Defense $ 1.2 billion deducted from the fund allocations armament for 2013, also decided to approve the exchange allocations contained in Article 23 of the 2012 budget law.

Dabbagh said that "the Council of Ministers also agreed to exchange allocations contained in Article 23 of the Law on the federal budget for the year 2012 to provide the Ministry of Finance of the Council of Ministers later agenda amounts to be disbursed and recipients and give priority to the ministries in the budget in 2012 spent 100% of the allocations" .

It is noteworthy that the current Iraqi army consists of 14 military band mostly infantry divisions estimated several members more than 300 thousand soldiers, and has the army, about 170 Russian tanks and Hungarian-made, most of them in aid of NATO to the Iraqi government, as well as a number of helicopters, Russian and American-made, and a number of naval vessels in the port of Umm Qasr to protect Iraqi oil exports.
