Law unify salaries of employees in parliament soon

Announced the Finance Committee in the House of Representatives that
the next few days will witness the receipt of parliament a draft law
unifying the salaries of state employees of the relevant committee in
the Council of Ministers.


Said a member of the Committee Magda Abdel-Latif al-Tamimi in a
statement singled out (Bri Center for the Iraqi Media Network): "The
next few days will witness received a draft law unifying the salaries of
state employees of the committee in the Council of Ministers for the
preparation of this law


She said the parliamentary Finance Committee will read the draft after
receipt, verification and identification deficiencies if they exist and
be added to the law to be no integrative work between the two
committees.


Tamimi renewed emphasis on the need to re-work cost-of-living
allowances that were in place in the past in the proposed law to
standardize the salaries of state employees, because of its significant
impact in the absorption of the inflation factor of the Iraqi market. "I
was put visions that there is no standardization of the salaries of
state employees as long as they hold the same certificate and years of
service. "
