CBI stressed the low percentage of dealers with banks to 3% of the total population and significantly lower than the normal rate of 60%.
Deputy Governor of the Central Bank of the appearance of Saleh explained to (Center Brief for the Iraqi Media Network) that the latest statistics for the number of banking customers amounted to about three million people across the country and this is evidence of weakness of banking and this percentage came after were added retired after giving them credit cards.
