BAGHDAD / obelisk: The Minister of Planning Ali Shukri, Friday, that the budget for next year will amount to 132 trillion dinars, while pointing to it calculated according to preliminary estimates for the price of a barrel of oil product of $ 90.

Shukri said the "obelisk", "The ministry has prepared a budget for 2013 amounted to 132 trillion Iraqi dinars," noting that "budget calculated on the basis of preliminary estimates for the price of a barrel of oil at $ 90 dollars."

He explained that "next year's budget will provide for small and medium part of the amounts but the largest share going to the energy sector," noting that "the budget will pay great attention to the support of the private sector, which would be economically tributary of the transformation of the consumer market into a productive market."

On the other hand the planning minister said that "the ministry is currently pursuing projects this year within the budget in 2012 and precisely follow the percentage of completion and the obstacles that hinder the implementation of those projects."

The cabinet announced Iraqi, on July 3 last year, for approving the supplementary budget for the current year 2012, more than ten trillion dinars, while Ministry of Finance announced, on the eighth December 2011, the budget year 2012, 117 trillion dinars, and reached the operational budget 80 trillion dinars compared to 37 trillion dinars investment budget.[b]
