He added that "the reference warned them in Friday sermon three years ago that those who oppose reform should know that reform is an absolute necessity and if the manifestations of the demand for a period of time, they return at another time strongly and not when regret.

He went on to say that "the reference demanded that the election law is fair, which protects the sanctity of the votes of voters and does not allow the election of them and that the Electoral Commission is independent as determined by the Constitution and not subject to partisan quotas and warned not to provide these requests will lead to the reluctance of citizens to participate in the elections."

He added that Karbalai: "things did not do as the religious authority and continued suffering of most citizens, but increased because of the lack of services and increased unemployment," noting that "all this is a natural result of the spread of financial and administrative corruption in various facilities and institutions of the state and away from professional controls in the conduct.

Now after reading this article, I believe Al-Abadi does fit in this category. I am hoping that Al- Sistani does accept him for the next PM.
