Al-Luaibi: We will turn all oil companies into winners

Oil Minister Jabbar al-Allaibi
Oil Minister Jabbar al-Luaibi announced his ministry's intention to turn the oil sector into an active sector capable of managing its situation with profitability rather than relying on the state to finance projects.
Al-Luaibi said that his ministry is in the process of introducing the oil refineries company in partnerships with international companies to make them in the ranks of these major companies and make them able to implement large oil projects of the country.
