Democrat reveals government promises to apply Article 140

The Kurdistan Democratic Party led by Massoud Barzani, on Tuesday, the government promises to implement Article 140 in exchange for the entry of political alliances with Baghdad to form the next government.
"The federal government promised the two parties and the Democratic Union to apply Article 140 of the Constitution in exchange for the entry of political alliances with Baghdad to form the next government," pointing out that "Kurdish delegations will visit Baghdad in the coming days to discuss the formation of The government and access to political agreements between the parties on the application of Article 140 of the Constitution. "
She added that "the Democratic Union and a number of Kurdish parties formed a unified coalition for the purpose of sitting with Baghdad to discuss the formation of the government and the resolution of differences between the parties," indicating that "the opposition parties and the Islamic Group did not participate within the coalition until now and may join after the announcement of the results of manual counting and ratified by the Court Federal ".
The Kurdistan Democratic Party headed by Massoud Barzani has counted, on Tuesday, the meeting of Prime Minister Haider Abadi with Kurdistan Regional Government President Nizrvan Barzani, "a first step" towards final solutions to the outstanding files between the center and the region.
The former MP Yonadam Kanna had revealed, earlier, the requirement of the Kurdistan Democratic Party entry into political alliances with the winning blocs and the formation of the largest bloc to implement Article 140 of the Iraqi constitution in the disputed areas.
