The head of the age, Mohamed Ali Zinni, announced the date of September 15 as the date for the election of the speaker of parliament and his deputies, according to a brief statement received by al-Marb.
Zinni had announced earlier Tuesday, the resumption of the first meeting of parliament in the presence of 85 deputies, referring to the allocation of the session for deliberations and interventions because of the lack of quorum.

Al-Iraqiya TV announced on Tuesday that the House of Representatives held its first session to the 15th of this month.
