Passing an international resolution to promote the ICT sectors in Iraq

The Information and Communications Authority announced on Monday its success in passing an international resolution to promote the Iraqi ICT sectors.

"During Iraq's participation in PP18_Dubai, the participating Iraqi delegation (the Information and Communications Commission and the Ministry of Communications) succeeded in passing the new Iraqi decision to support the Du3m2025 initiative on the development of the ICT sector in Iraq," the authority said in a statement received by Alsumaria News. .


"Earlier this year, the Communications and Information Authority launched an initiative aimed at developing the telecommunications and information technology sector in Iraq and opening its development horizons to support the economic, educational and health sectors that will reflect on their sustainable prospects," the statement added.
