Expectations to cut the price of a barrel by 2019 to $ 46

The parliamentary Finance Committee expected on Tuesday that the price of a barrel of oil in the budget of 2019 to 46 dollars, indicating that it is likely to delay the vote on the budget to March next year.

"The budget of 2019 will be subject to many amendments to avoid increasing the rate of deficit after the sudden drop in oil prices," said member of the Committee Siham al-Aqili said that "the price of a barrel in the budget is likely to be reduced to $ 46 after it was set to 56" .
She added that "the budget will be free of grades with the imposition of duties and taxes on some things to maximize non-oil imports," noting that "the price of travel fees will be 25 thousand external and 10 thousand dinars for the interior."

"It is likely that the delay of the vote on the budget to March next year to the large differences between the parliament and finance on the one hand and the provinces and allocations, Baghdad and the region on the other hand as well as the discussions of parties and components and ministries."

The member of the Strategic Planning and Monitoring Government Performance Committee Mohamed Karim said on Monday that the federal budget bill for 2019 is no longer accurately by the Ministry of Finance and the Committee to write budget items, while describing the Ministry of Finance as "failed" due to financial failures in the budget.
