OH – but how can they do that without putting the dinar on a FLOAT and reinstating it back to it former glory on the global currency exchanges? Simply put they can’t...   This reinforces again that something is about to happen with the Iraqi currency. It almost has to as the pressure is building and the bubble is about to pop. January is only half over and so there is plenty of time yet to see some more actions in this direction. How far can they proceed without the reinstatement?
