The foreign exchange reserves of the Central Bank increased by about 52 million dollars during the month of March compared to last February.
The central bank said Wednesday that net foreign reserves rose at the end of March to 44.112 billion dollars from 44.060 billion dollars at the end of February.
Foreign reserves have been rising since the government struck a $ 12 billion three-year loan program with the International Monetary Fund in November 2016, before falling by $ 1.963 billion in December from November, then slightly back in January to $ 67 million .
