BAGHDAD (Iba) .. The MP described the coalition in Iraq free high Nassif bill redrawing the administrative boundaries of the provinces and submitted by the Presidency of the Republic that includes formal irregularities and may open the door to end conflicts.

Said Nassif told him the Information Office of the coalition: the draft law submitted by the Presidency of the Republic on the abolition of the administrative border of the provinces and districts, counties, all which have been identified during the former regime since 1968 and re-demarcated administrative, intersects with the provincial law No. 21 of 2008, and lead to prejudice the legal status of the provinces, because today's provincial stable in the administrative borders and have their legal positions.

She added: that the issuance of this law will certainly lead to endless disputes between the provinces during the re-demarcation of the administrative border, so we believe that this law will serve political agendas and partisan gains to a specific destination at the expense of the legal status of the provinces.

It continued: The contrast is strange is that some are calling for the application of Article 140 and they themselves are calling for re-demarcation of the administrative border of the provinces, while this law intersects with Article 140, which is for us expired, noting that it is very unlikely to be approved this law, because it includes irregularities technically legal.

The Legal Committee chaired by MP Khalid Shwani are going to provide a bill redrawing the administrative boundaries of the provinces to the presidency of the parliament for the purpose of inclusion on the agenda of the House of Representatives. (End)
