Republic of Iraq CENTRAL BANK OF IRAQ DEPARTMENT AND BOXES | Section of the Fund Issue No: 19/6/1190 Date: 099/99 To all banks Is the replacement and confiscation of burned and engraved banknotes. . . Our letter No. 1470/8/12 dated 2018/6/10 concerning dealing with damaged or certified banknotes from the Iraqi dinar, as shown below: 1- Confiscation of the damaged banknotes discovered within the deposits of the bank's customers and delivered to The Central Bank of Iraq, with knowledge of its source of oils in accordance with article (2) paragraph (w) of our above book, and the moral responsibility of the bank bears the legal responsibility. 2 - The banknotes damaged as a result of burning or burial to the Central Bank of Iraq and its branches exclusively directly from the citizens in accordance with the College described in article (1) paragraph (b / II) of our book flags governor of Baghdad - Lines) Rasheed St Baghdad, Iran م.
