Economist: Public-private partnership is an outlet for sustainable development

The economic expert, Ghadir Al-Attar, said Sunday that public-private partnership will be an outlet for sustainable development.
Al-Attar told Mawazine News that "the importance of working towards partnership between the private and public sectors is to create mixed companies that will put their shares on the local stock exchange."
"The adoption of these mechanisms leads to the activation of local industry, which necessitated the launch of economic feasibility studies to benefit the companies and the local economy," pointing out that "the existence of thousands of production lines in hundreds of public companies, mixed and private away from the production circle, .
"The actual need for an industrial initiative requires the creation of specialized working committees that direct their loans to trends that can actually develop local industry, in light of the availability of the elements of building an effective national economy," he said.
