The deputy of the wisdom stream Jassim al-Bekhati, Saturday, not to resolve the file of agencies and grades for the deadline in the budget is a legal breach, while he pointed out that if the vote on the extension of the work of agencies and the amendment to the majority of the current stream to schedule this file.
In an interview with Alsumaria News, Bukhati said that "failure to resolve the file of agencies and grades of the budget deadline is a legal breach and any extension of this order is another violation," noting that "we refuse to extend the work of the agencies and clearly demanded no extension."

He added that "if the situation was imposed and the vote on the extension of the work of agencies and the amendment to the majority, then we will demand the scheduling of this file," pointing out that "we will ask clearly that the special grades are determined according to the timing set within the period of extension and not to leave things Floating ".

"There are 4,600 special grades and the extension proposal is for four months. Therefore, the government has to divide these grades over the four months, and each number is to be fixed on a monthly basis," he said.

The House of Representatives was completed in its session held on Tuesday, July 2, 2019 the second reading of the proposal for the first amendment to the federal budget for the fiscal year 2019.

Dr. Saadi was elected to lead this council based on his scientific qualifications, extensive international relations and experience in qualitative investment and development in the Arab world. He has a long history in drafting and amending investment laws in many Arab countries.

Dr. Saadi said in Cairo today, Expressed his thanks and appreciation to the Arab League and the Council of Economic Unity for this honor and his desire to be the headquarters of this important council in the Iraqi capital Baghdad to be a center for attracting investment and contribute to the reconstruction of Iraq and the rest of the Arab countries eligible and will immediately choose the Board of Directors from senior Arab businessmen and investors to work on implementing the vision of the Council in the resettlement and harnessing Arab money in the development of Arab countries and the well-being of their people.

He recalled that Dr. Majid al-Saadi is an Iraqi-born and holds a doctorate degree in engineering and major Arab investors and currently chairs the Iraqi Business Council in Jordan.
