Samson: Parliamentary power: Iraq has a financial abundance to fill the budget deficit

A member of the Committee on oil and energy parliamentary Sadiq al-Sulaiti, Tuesday, high oil prices in the coming months, stressing that Iraq has a financial abundance to fill the deficit in the budget.
Al-Sulaiti said in a statement to Al-Maaloumah that "Iraq over the past six months has achieved a financial abundance by a decision of the price of oil fixed in the federal budget for 2019."
He added that "the financial abundance will reduce the fiscal deficit in the balance of the budget, which amounts to 26 trillion," noting that "the financial abundance will cover all investment projects as well as the payment of salaries of employees fully without the need to borrow external or internal." Samson: The Central Bank maintains the ISO 9001: 2015 certification

To complement the efforts to achieve sustainability in the implementation of quality management standards at the CBI, the Bank announces the completion of the annual review procedures for the renewal of the ISO 9001: 2015 certificate in accordance with the requirements of this international standard and its renewal by the donor company.
The bank added that the renewal process was followed by the external audit of the Bank's cash management operations. The bank has obtained this certificate a year ago, and these measures are intended to measure the extent to which it has maintained its approved standards for the next three years.
The Bank confirms that it is in the process of applying other international standards aimed at developing the institutional performance issued by ISO and EFQM.
The bank demonstrates that this ISO 9001 certificate is a translation of its success in implementing international standards such as: (reducing re-employment costs, providing high quality services, using global best practices, increasing public and bank client confidence and ability to deal with Global challenges such as changes in oil, foreign exchange and gold prices).

Kuwait announced the opening of a special office to expedite the granting of visas to Iraqis to enter the Gulf state.
A statement by the Office of the President of the House of Representatives received the agency {Euphrates News} a copy of it that "the Speaker of the House of Representatives Mohammed Halbusi and his accompanying delegation, met on Monday, the Deputy Prime Minister and Interior Minister Khalid Al-Jarrah Al-Sabah, and during the meeting discussed security cooperation and a number of topics Common interest".
The statement added that the meeting "discussed the importance of the development of border ports between the two countries and planned reconstruction of the Kuwait Fund for Development."

The Ministry of the Interior issued a statistical number of transactions completed during the last week.
"The Directorate of Civil Status, Passports and Residency issued 79,480 passports and 88,798 transactions under completion," Interior Ministry spokesman Maj. Gen. Saad Maan said in a statement received by the agency.

Samson: Nassif: Budget 2020 may pass without the consent of the Kurds]

The Federal Supreme Court ruled the survival of the entry into force of Article 140 of the Constitution of the Republic of Iraq, stressing that it continues until the implementation of the requirements and achieve the goal of legislation.
"The Federal Supreme Court held its session under the chairmanship of Judge Medhat al-Mahmoud and the presence of all members of the judges and considered the request of the House of Representatives to interpret Article 140 of the Constitution in terms of its validity or not," said spokesman Ayas al-Samuk in a statement received by the Euphrates News Agency.
"The Supreme Federal Court found that Article 140 of the Constitution of the Republic of Iraq for 2005 called on the executive authority to take the necessary steps to complete the implementation of the requirements of Article (58) of the Transitional Administrative Law in all its paragraphs, ) Of the Constitution."
He pointed out that "the court found that this is to achieve the objectives stated in Article (58) of the Iraqi Transitional Administration Law aimed at achieving justice in the areas that have been subjected to a change in the demographic situation through deportation and exile and forced migration in accordance with the steps outlined in Article (58) mentioned above.
The Spokesman pointed out that "the Federal Supreme Court found that these steps have not been completed and that the section has not been taken, and remains the goal of the development and legislation of Article (140) of the Constitution is required and the duty of implementation from all."
"The Court affirmed that the date specified in the implementation of Article 140 of the Constitution has been set for regulatory matters and urged the concerned parties to implement them and do not affect their essence and achieve their objective."
"The Supreme Federal Court and therefore decided to stay the entry into force of Article 140 of the Constitution of the Republic of Iraq at present and until the implementation of the requirements and achieve the goal of its legislation in accordance with the steps outlined in Article (58) of the Iraqi State Administration for the transitional period". Samson: Al-Kaabi confirms the need to proceed with the legislation of the law of oil and gas

The First Deputy Speaker of the House of Representatives Hassan Karim Kaabi need to proceed with the legislation of the law of oil and gas, pointing out that the draft law has already been sent by the government to the House of Representatives during the previous sessions.
Al-Kaabi said that the adoption of the law comes to the importance of establishing a base for coordination and consultation between the federal authorities and the authorities of the region and oil-producing provinces and to establish the basis of cooperation between the relevant ministries in the federal government.
He stressed the need to establish a modern and sophisticated system for the management of oil operations in the country, including the development of strategies and policies and plans for long and short and medium term to reach the highest level of growth in reserves and production and maximize the financial resources of Iraq through the optimal investment of oil wealth and maintain on the basis of technical and economic sound.
