Maliki said that the House of Representatives formed a committee headed by Qusay al-Suhail, Vice President of the Council, and it seems that the investigation, which lasted more than a month to issue a report ended holds Shabibi Bank and others in the numerous accusations of responsibility.

The committee mandated by Parliament to lift its report - signed by its members and its president, as well as parliament speaker Osama al-Nujaifi - to the Integrity Commission directly without going through the government.

He said al-Maliki that, based on this report and the documents relied upon by, filed the report with the report of the Parliamentary Committee to the Court of Special Investigation integrity issues in the Supreme Judicial Council, and the Court has issued orders to arrest Shabibi and a number of bank employees for interrogation.
