Special "Covenant News" .. For the first time since the fall of the former regime Iraq changes its dependence on oil in the budget

The parliamentary Finance Committee revealed a tendency to change the sources of funding the federal budget of Iraq and not only oil, as is the case since the fall of the former regime and to the previous year.
"According to the meetings that are currently being held to discuss the budget for next year 2020, it will not only rely on oil, but in addition to other disrupted sectors over the past years," committee member Ikhlal Dulaimi told Al-Ahd News on Thursday.
"The most important sectors being studied are agriculture, trade and industry as well, where these rigid sectors will be activated for many years," Dulaimi said.
