The House of Representatives on Thursday lifted its session until after the visit of the 40th Imam Hussein.
A parliamentary source said in an interview with Alsumaria News, "The House of Representatives, lifted its session until after the visit of the Arbaeen Imam Hussein (AS)."
The source, who preferred to remain anonymous, that "the House of Representatives voted during its meeting today to accept the resignation of former Minister of Health Alaa Alwan, and voted to give confidence to Suha Khalil Minister of Education and Jaafar Allawi, Minister of Health."
The House of Representatives, on Wednesday noon, held its ninth session of the first legislative term of the second legislative year of the fourth parliamentary session under the chairmanship of President Mohammad Halbousi.
