Finance: One Article Is The Main Reason For Delaying The Approval Of The Budget

Cougar told the "Independent" that the main reason for delaying the budget is paragraph 11, which includes the agreement between the governments of the center and the region, indicating that it has not been resolved so far, despite the existence of good understandings that are completely different from what they were in the beginning, but they have not been transformed into texts.
He referred to the claims of the political blocs from some representatives related to various issues such as salary deductions, the exchange rate, contracts and the procedure that was settled by the Finance Committee, but it was not resolved by these blocks.
He indicated the desire of the Kurds to resolve the issue of the budget as soon as possible without passing it by a political majority, which would affect the citizen’s livelihood and the salaries of employees and end with a political consensus that satisfies both parties.
