Today, Monday, the Parliamentary Finance Committee set the new date for voting on the federal budget bill for 2021.
Committee member Siham Shenoun said in a statement to "Tigris", that "tomorrow's session, Tuesday, will be devoted to voting on the draft federal budget law for 2021," noting that "political differences should not be an obstacle to their passage in Parliament."
She added that "the political blocs and the Kurdish forces have not yet agreed, and the budget will be presented to a vote in these circumstances," indicating that "the financial committee completed a month ago the discussion and amendment of the budget items."
