Parliamentary Finance: allocation of 172 billion dinars to Article 140 of the budget for 2013

Sulaymaniyah / With: a member of the Finance Committee announced economic Najiba Najib, Wednesday, on the allocation of 172 billion dinars to Article 140 of the general budget for the year 2013.

Najib said told the future, as "was allocated 172 billion Iraqi dinars from the budget this year for the application of Article (140) of the Iraqi Constitution to compensate displaced families and families that have been استقدامها from other provinces."

Najib explained that "in case of calculating the price of a barrel of oil by more than (90) dollars will in turn increase the budget allocated to the material (140), according to Article (16) of the draft general budget bill."
