Kurdish Hawlati newspaper said that the head of the Kurdistan region Massoud Barzani did not call until now, the delegation Kurdish negotiator, who visited Baghdad to return a second time to complete the negotiations.

The newspaper added that "the delegation held meeting with the region's president after his return from Baghdad and decide which to return a new delegation to Baghdad before the end of this month.

The newspaper said that the escalation of the crisis between the province and Baghdad in order to also send the delegation of the Iraqi National Alliance to Arbil, in spite of the alliance stressed that his delegation will arrive in Erbil next month.

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) -The President, Jalal Talabani, and the Prime Minister of Kurdistan Region, Nijirvan Barzani, stressed the need to continue the constructive dialogue between Baghdad and Erbil.

A statement by the Patriotic Union of Kurdistan received by IraqiNews.com cited “Talabani received Barzani on Thursday in Sulaimaniyah city where they discussed the situation in Iraq, KR and the region in general, as well as the current problems between Baghdad and Kurdistan Region,” the statement added.

The statement added “The two sides stressed the necessity to resort to constructive and frank dialogue between Baghdad and Erbil to solve the problems and develop relations between them,” noting that “Barzani, for his part, briefed results of his visit to the Islamic Republic of Iran to Talabani.”

“They also stressed the need to develop coordination and cooperation between the PUK and the Kurdistan Democratic Party and the Kurdish parties in order to maintain and develop the Kurdish people achievements,” the statement concluded.
