Independent Electoral Commission announced that the date of commencement of the campaign for electoral coalitions and political entities will be on 25 March.



The head of the electoral administration Mekdad Sharifi said that "the campaign start date of coalitions and political entities will be on 25 March next," noting that "there are laws and procedures will be followed by the Commission against violators of coalitions and entities."

He added that he "could reach these procedures to cancel the participation of entities violation or coalitions of the laws set by the Electoral Commission in addition to the imposition of financial penalties."
