Baghdad (news) .. Invited the Chairman of the Board of Directors Iraqi Islamic Bank Ahmad Walid Ahmed, a need to assess the performance of the work and support of private banks everything you need to provide quality banking services to citizens and investors.
Ahmed said (of the Agency news): The Islamic Bank of Iraq to work on the development of all sections, which led to receiving a lot of foreign companies in dealing with the bank.

He added: that the bank is focused on the oil sector and supports oil projects in southern Iraq and in full, noting that foreign companies dealing with the bank, according to provide them with good services and investment environment and banking and credit facilities.

Stressed: the importance of evaluating the work and performance of private banks and support everything you need for the advancement of the banking reality, because there are Iraqi banks are working seriously and reached advanced stages in the work you do not know the government and its institutions.

The Iraqi Islamic Bank for Investment and Development was founded on 12.19.1992, has begun to exercise done according to central bank approval as is the first private bank in Iraq and the first bank operating in accordance with Islamic Sharia.
