Deputy
President of the Republic Khudair Khuzaie that Iraq would be the donor

obligations.
The
Khuzai in a speech at the Arab Economic Summit III, held in the Saudi
capital Riyadh today that "Iraq played a major role in the Arab and
international conferences is determined to support conferences, noting

added that "Iraq hopes of Arab leaders put a practical program for the
elimination of unemployment among Arab youth by facilitating the

Khuzai
stressed the need direction on Arab countries to build institutions
specializing in vocational training and capacity development, human
development and economic, as well as supporting scientific research

He
pointed out that "it is necessary to protect and support of the Arab
investor and grant privileges to activate the movement of Arab
investment, confirmed the need for the cooperation of the Arab countries

and urge them to work and participate in the areas of investment and
