Kobler up to Nineveh to discuss the sit-ins and demonstrations

This piece got me thinking!!!
Why is the Head of UNAMI going around to the provinces discussing with the demands of the demonstrators and protestors?
Did we not see last week Mutluk come out and say remove Kobler and now he put in his resignation?
I think theree is more to this story than we see!

Nineveh / Baghdadiya News / .. A source in the province of Nineveh, Tuesday, Martin Kobler Representative of the Secretary-General of the United Nations in Iraq, arrived in Mosul on an official visit to discuss the issue of demonstrators and protestors.
The source told / Baghdadiya News /. "The purpose of the visit is to discuss several topics, mainly security and the issue of protests taking place in the province against the government."
